We invite you to review and share feedback on three key documents shaping the future of the New Mexico Open Educational Resources (NMOER) Consortium:

• Bylaws – Define how the Consortium operates, including membership, governance, and collaborative processes that guide our statewide OER efforts.
• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) – Outlines how institutions formally join the Consortium and participate in shared OER initiatives that benefit students and faculty statewide.
• Community Engagement Plan – Details how NMOER will partner with local industries, organizations, and cultural groups to co-create resources that reflect New Mexico’s unique communities.
